Blood Sugar Tracking Guide

An easy way to log meals and readings so patterns actually become visible.

Blood Sugar Tracking Guide

Tracking isn't about judging a number—it's about noticing patterns over time so we can make small, useful adjustments together.

What to Log

  • Time of the reading (fasting, before a meal, or 1-2 hours after)
  • The reading itself
  • What you ate at the closest meal
  • Anything unusual that day (stress, sleep, activity)

Helpful Timing

A fasting reading first thing in the morning and a post-meal reading 1-2 hours after your largest meal of the day are usually the most useful pair to track consistently.

Bring It to Your Visit

A few weeks of consistent logging gives us real patterns to work with—far more useful than a single snapshot. Bring your log (or share it ahead of time) so we can review it together.
